Management System of Vancouver Regional Parks as the typical Natural Parks in Urban Area
多様かつ高度な公園整備がなされている今日の都市公園行政においては, 効率的な公園管理運営システムの構築が課題となっている。本研究では, カナダのバンクーバ-地域公園を対象としてレクリエーション・プログラムに視点をおいて自然資源依存型公園の管理運営システムの現状を明らかにした。その結果, 公園計画段階におけるプログラムの意味づけ, 職能として公園解説員の評価と管理組織体制上の確立, プログラムの管理運営における位置づけ, イベントによる周辺地域との連携など, 管理運営システム構築に関わるいくつかの知見が考察された。
