It is characterized by progressive overgrowth of tissues, mainly due to excess fibrofatty tissue proliferation. This abnormal growth commonly involves nerve sheath, muscle, periosteum, and bone marrow.

Distinguishing lung cancer from atypical tuberculosis: Deep transfer learning and imaging omics features
