European Journal of Neurology, Volume 31, Issue 12, December 2024.Abstract Background and purpose
Although there is extensive evidence about the safety of monoclonal antibodies against calcitonin gene‐related peptide (anti‐CGRP mAbs) in combination with traditional drugs, scarce data are available on the safety of their combination with other mAbs.Luigi Francesco Iannone, Marina Romozzi, Antonio Russo, Gennaro Saporito, Federico De Santis, Raffaele Ornello, Grazia Sances, Gloria Vaghi, Cristina Tassorelli, Maria Albanese, Simona Guerzoni, Alfonsina Casalena, Catello Vollono, Paolo Calabresi, Maria Pia Prudenzano, Edoardo Mampreso, Giorgio Dalla Volta, Maria Rosaria Valente, Gianluca Avino, Alberto Chiarugi, Simona Sacco, Francesca Pistoia, the Italian Headache Registry (RICe) study group, Francesca Boscain, Roberta Bovenzi, Marco Bolchini, Matteo Cortinovis, Roberto De Icco, Natascia Ghiotto, Flavia Lo Castro, Andrea Burgalassi, Giulia Vigani, Francesco De Cesaris, Nicola Biagio Mercuri, Viviana Nociti +34 morewiley +1 more sourcePrognostic risk and survival of asymptomatic IgM monoclonal gammopathy: Results from a Spanish Multicenter Registry
HemaSphere, Volume 8, Issue 11, November 2024.Abstract
Asymptomatic IgM gammopathy encompasses IgM monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance (MGUS) and asymptomatic Waldenström macroglobulinemia (AWM), both having a risk of progression to symptomatic disease. Here, we assessed the risk of progression and the mortality of 956 patients with asymptomatic IgM gammopathy across 25 Spanish ...David F. Advanced Intelligent Systems, Volume 6, Issue 9, September 2024.3D‐engineered magneto‐responsive scaffolds have been designed, developed, and characterized. These structures, fabricated through two‐photon polymerization, can be remotely assembled to organize a biomimetic 3D coculture system for advanced in vitro studies, and here it is shown, as an example, the modeling of the brain cancer microenvironment. International Journal of Cancer, Volume 155, Issue 2, Page 270-281, 15 July 2024.What's new?
Organized population screening and improvements in therapies for patients with breast and colorectal cancers mean people are living longer after diagnosis and treatment. Here, the authors evaluated indicators of cure by stage at diagnosis. These indicators included time to cure, cure prevalence, and residual risk of death.Luigino Dal Maso, Federica Toffolutti, Angela De Paoli, Fabiola Giudici, Silvia Francisci, Lauro Bucchi, Manuel Zorzi, Mario Fusco, Adele Caldarella, Silvia Rossi, Roberta De Angelis, Laura Botta, Alessandra Ravaioli, Claudia Casella, Antonino Musolino, Maria Francesca Vitale, Lucia Mangone, Anna Clara Fanetti, Eva Carpin, Maria Giovanna Burgio Lo Monaco, Enrica Migliore, Maria Letizia Gambino, Margherita Ferrante, Fabrizio Stracci, Cinzia Gasparotti, Giuliano Carrozzi, Rossella Cavallo, Walter Mazzucco, Paola Ballotari, Stefano Ferretti, Giuseppe Sampietro, Roberto Vito Rizzello, Lorenza Boschetti, Giuseppe Cascone, Michael Mian, Maria Teresa Pesce, Daniela Piras, Rocco Galasso, Francesca Bella, Pietro Seghini, Pasquala Pinna, Emanuele Crocetti, Diego Serraino, Stefano Guzzinati, AIRTUM Working Group, Elena Demuru, Sandra Mallone, Andrea Tavilla, Gemma Gatta, Paolo Contiero, Giovanna Tagliabue, Riccardo Capocaccia, Fabio Falcini, Antonella Puppo, Maria Michiara, Isabella Bisceglia, Paola Giumelli, Massimo Rugge, Gianfranco Manneschi, Martina Taborelli, Simona Carone, Stefano Rosso, Monica Lanzoni, Antonietta Alfia Torrisi, Fortunato Bianconi, Giovanni Maifredi, Claudia Cirilli, Giuseppe Frasci, Maurizio Zarcone, Erica Giacomazzi, Andreina Zanchi, Maria Adalgisa Gentilini, Stefano Marguati, Eugenia Spata, Fabio Vittadello, Maddalena Merola, Giovanna Biddau, Luciana Del Riccio, Antonino Ziino Colanino, Rita Prazzoli, Luisa Canu +80 morewiley +1 more source
