Elemente der Mathematik, 2005 are the sides of a regular (n, k)-gon (see Fig. 1). The regular (n, 1)-gon is an ordinary regular n-gon with directed sides. The regular (n, n − 1)-gon is the same ordinary regular n-gon, only the orientation of the sides are the opposite. For 2 ≤ k ≤ n − 2 a regular (n, k)-gon is a star polygon.
