The Theoretical Regularity Properties of the Normalized Quadratic Consumer Demand Model [PDF]

open access: yes
We conduct a Monte Carlo study of the global regularity properties of the Normalized Quadratic model. We particularly investigate monotonicity violations, as well as the performance of methods of locally and globally imposing curvature.

Mann iteration and fixed point theorems for multidimensional matrix transforms with asymptotic properties

open access: yesJournal of Inequalities and Applications
Fixed point theorems for nonexpansive mappings are extended to double sequences using four-dimensional matrix transforms. Asymptotic dominance is introduced to unify iteration schemes, including a Mann iteration for Pringsheim convergence, and asymptotic

Movement Disorders in Aicardi–Goutières Syndrome and Response to Immunomodulation

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT This study characterizes movement disorders and treatment responses in seven children with Aicardi–Goutières syndrome (AGS). We retrospectively evaluated motor phenotypes, neuroimaging, and interferon signatures in patients treated with baricitinib or anifrolumab. Spasticity affected all patients, while dystonia was present in 4/7.

Long‐Term Efficacy of Immunotherapy in Autoimmune Autonomic Ganglionopathy—A 10‐Year Follow Up Study

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Autoimmune autonomic ganglionopathy (AAG) is a rare but potentially treatable cause of severe autonomic failure. Evidence guiding long‐term immunotherapy, treatment sequencing, and residual autonomic impairment is limited. We evaluated long‐term treatment response, residual autonomic dysfunction, and relapse patterns in patients with

Compensation phenomena in geometric partial differential equations [PDF]

open access: yes
In this thesis we present optimal and improved estimates for systems of critical elliptic PDE which arise as generalisations of natural geometric problems.

Application of unfolding transformation in the random matrix theory to analyze in vivo neuronal spike firing during awake and anesthetized conditions

open access: yesJournal of Pharmacological Sciences, 2018
General anesthetics decrease the frequency and density of spike firing. This effect makes it difficult to detect spike regularity. To overcome this problem, we developed a method utilizing the unfolding transformation which analyzes the energy level ...

Efficacy of Inebilizumab in N‐MOmentum Trial Participants With or Without Prior Immunosuppressants

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT This post hoc analysis examined the impact of prior immunosuppressants on the long‐term efficacy and safety of inebilizumab, a cluster of differentiation 19+ B‐cell–depleting monoclonal antibody, in participants with aquaporin‐4–seropositive neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder from the N‐MOmentum trial (NTC02200770).
