Architected Load Paths Enable Stiffening and Motion Programming in Soft Pneumatic Actuators
A single MARS template introduces an architected reinforcement strategy for programmable soft pneumatic actuators through internal structural organization and selective beam removal. This monolithic architecture enables deformation reconfiguration from continuous bending to joint‐like articulation and torsional motion, allowing one compliant platform ...

AARS2‐SIRT5‐Driven DLD K445 Lactylation Promotes Cuproptosis Resistance in Glioblastoma Stem Cells
Lactylation of DLD at K445 by AARS2 suppresses PDH complex activity and reduces DLAT lipoylation, thereby conferring cuproptosis resistance in glioblastoma stem cells. SIRT5‐mediated delactylation restores PDH function and enhances cuproptosis sensitivity.

Application of Brain-computer Interface System in Stroke Patients
Stroke patients often cause with lasting motor impairments, especially in the distal extremities. Traditional rehabilitation therapy could hardly improve these motor impairments of distal extremities. Brain-computer interface (BCI) is a multidisciplinary

Miniaturized Multifunctional Valves for Intelligent Pneumatic Systems in Soft Robotics
Miniaturized multifunctional pneumatic valves in normally closed (NC) and normally open (NO) configurations enable reconfigurable and programmable fluidic logic—including AND, OR, NAND, and NOR gates—with/without physical replumbing. These valves integrate sensing, logic, and actuation within a unified architecture, demonstrated through an electronics ...

Barriers and Enablers for Effective Support Coordination in the National Disability Insurance Scheme
ABSTRACT Support coordinators act as intermediaries between the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and participants, facilitating access to funded supports. To optimise outcomes, they must navigate NDIS complexities, identify services that meet individual needs and engage with diverse stakeholders.

Toward Brain-Computer Interface motor rehabilitation for people with Multiple Sclerosis
BackgroundMultiple Sclerosis (MS) is a chronic neurodegenerative disease in which the immune system attacks the myelin sheaths around nerves. People with MS (pwMS) often experience pain, fatigue, cognitive dysfunction, and reduced mobility.
