Regioselectivities for epichlorohydrin ring‐opening over Brønsted and Lewis acid zeolites change by an order of magnitude upon replacing fractions of methanol with acetonitrile co‐solvent. Combining transient operando 13C‐NMR with traditional kinetic measurements reveals that these differences originate from competition between an SN1 pathway through ...

Superannuation Reimagined: Moving Beyond the Origins to an Indigenous Focus
ABSTRACT Retirement income systems, such as superannuation, are meant to be non‐discriminatory and consider disadvantage faced by members of society. There are significant differences between the life expectancies of Indigenous and non‐Indigenous peoples. The gap in life expectancies is not considered when determining when Indigenous peoples can retire.

Crystal Structures and Intermolecular Interactions in α$\alpha$‐ and β$\beta$‐phosgene
Despite its notorious reputation as a war gas, phosgene (COCl2${\rm COCl}_2$) is one of the most important intermediate chemicals in industry. In this study, we present the crystal structures of two phosgene polymorphs as deduced from powder neutron diffraction and show which intermolecular interactions stabilise the different modifications.

The 1,1‐diethoxyethane (CDEE) molecule, characterized by its weak chelation effect, diminishes its interaction with Na⁺ ions and promotes the formation of an aggregation‐dominated solvation sheath. This solvation environment demonstrates remarkable compatibility with both sodium‐metal anode and sulfurized polyacrylonitrile (SPAN) cathode, ultimately ...
