Order dependency in the relational model
AbstractThe relational model is formally extended to include fixed orderings on attribute domains. A new constraint, called order dependency, is then introduced to incorporate semantic information involving these orderings. It is shown that this constraint can be applied to enhance the efficiency of an implemented database.

Relational Lattice Axioms [PDF]
Relational lattice is a formal mathematical model for Relational algebra. It reduces the set of six classic relational algebra operators to two: natural join and inner union. We continue to investigate Relational lattice properties with emphasis onto axiomatic definition.

Abstract This paper explores the animating ethos of digital unemployment services. Unlike human‐to‐human services, where the intention of policy is normally mediated by professionals, digital services are fully designed in the policy imagination.
