On single valued neutrosophic relations [PDF]
Smarandache initiated neutrosophic sets (NSs) which can be used as a mathematical tool for dealing with indeterminate and inconsistent information. In order to apply NSs conveniently, single valued neutrosophic sets (SVNSs) were proposed by Wang et al.

Functional Many-Valued Relations
Mathematica Slovaca, 2015Abstract Many-valued binary relations are considered, taking values in a complete lattice, possibly equipped with additional operations that characterize extended-order algebras. The functionality of such relations is defined, by means of properties such as univocality and totality, from three different perspectives, namely from the ...

Truth‐value relations and logical relations
Theoria, 2023AbstractAfter some generalities about connections between functions and relations in Sections 1 and 2 recalls the possibility of taking the semantic values of ‐ary Boolean connectives as ‐ary relations among truth‐values rather than as ‐ary truth functions.

Modelling valued preference relations
Proceedings. The Nineteenth International Symposium on Multiple-Valued Logic, 1990A theory of valued weak preference relations is described. The transitivity property of a strict preference relation and an indifference relation associated with a weak preference relation are established. The model presented is based on Lukasiewicz-like multiple-valued logic; it uses triangular norms with zero divisors. A similar approach works in the

Relating Values and Personality Traits
Psychological Reports, 1998Measures of traits of Goldberg's five factor model were correlated with value domain scores from the Rokeach Value Survey for a sample of 65 undergraduate students. Specific values were significantly related to scores on Openness (Conformity, Self-direction, Maturity, Altruism), Conscientiousness (Security, Achievement, Maturity, Altruism ...

The ‘value’ of values clarification in cancer-related decision aids
Patient Education and Counseling, 2013A key component of decision aids (DAs) are the Value Clarification Exercises (VCEs), however, rates of completion VCEs are variable. The aim of this paper is to propose explanations for these variations.A review of the rates of completion and the reasons provided across eleven studies evaluating five different DAs was conducted.Retrospective evaluation
