Kinerja Pemasaran Berdasarkan Orientasi Pasar Melalui Inovasi Produk Pada UMKM Manufaktur di Kabupaten Bangkalan

open access: yesJurnal Ekonomi Modernisasi, 2018
The relationship between market orientation and firm performance have been explored from a several researchers. Even so, there is a gap that can be developed from that relationship, especially if associated with the firm performance measured.

A Numerical–Experimental Approach for Multi‐Matrix Fiber‐Reinforced Plastics Characterization Using Finite Element Model Updating

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
A numerical–experimental framework is developed for characterizing multi‐matrix fiber‐reinforced polymers (MM‐FRPs) combining epoxy and polyurethane matrices. Harmonic bending tests are integrated with finite element model updating (FEMU) to simultaneously identify elastic and viscoelastic material parameters.

Non-binding relationship between visual features [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014
The answer as to how visual attributes processed in different brain loci at different speeds are bound together to give us our unitary experience of the visual world remains unknown.

Field Report from Collaborative Research Center 1625: Heterogeneous Research Data Management Using Ontology Representations

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
A unified research data management framework for heterogeneous materials data is presented. The system integrates multimodal datasets using ontologies and knowledge graphs, enabling interoperability and FAIR (findable, accessible, interoperable, reusable) data principles. By linking data across scales and workflows, it supports reproducible, Artifitial

Market orientation and business economic performance : a mediated model. [PDF]

open access: yes
Previous studies have found that market orientation significantly predicts economic performance. The present study attempts to provide a necessarily partial model for how this impact takes place using innovation degree, innovation performance and ...

Perceived parental reactions to coming out, attachment, and romantic relationship views [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
Coming out as lesbian, gay, or bisexual (LGB) to one’s parents can be a challenging experience and may lead to acceptance or rejection. Attachment theory can help predict parents’ reactions to coming out and consequences for romantic attachment.

Towards Defect Phase Diagrams: From Research Data Management to Automated Workflows

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
A research data management infrastructure is presented for the systematic integration of heterogeneous experimental and simulation data required for defect phase diagrams. The approach combines openBIS with a companion application for large‐object storage, automated metadata extraction, provenance tracking and federated data access, thereby supporting ...

Ni‐Assisted Endotaxial Growth of Au Nanoparticles Within TiO2 Nanowires

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces
1D hybrid nanosystems, which consist of chains of nanoparticles embedded in nanowires, exhibit distinctive physical and chemical properties. However, fabricating them through vapor‐phase growth has been challenging due to a lack of understanding of their

Creating Ti–Fe α/β Alloys by Diffusion‐Driven Solid‐State Processing

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
This study proposes making alloys containing fast diffusing elements that are difficult to produce by ingot metallurgy, by diffusion‐driven solid‐state HIP processing of elemental powders and low‐temperature homogenisation. Here, novel Fe‐Ti α–β alloys are formed having fine α–β lamellae, a small β prior grain size without significant intermetallics ...
