Multi‐omics and low‐input proteomics profiling reveals dynamic regulation driving pluripotency initiation in early mouse embryos

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Mouse pre‐implantation development involves a transition from totipotency to pluripotency. Integrating transcriptomics, epigenetic profiling, low‐input proteomics and functional assays, we show that eight‐cell embryos retain residual totipotency features, whereas cytoskeletal remodeling regulated by the ubiquitin‐proteasome system drives progression ...

Relative Efficiency of European Airports

Transport Policy, 2001
Using data envelopment analysis, efficiency ratios for European airports are determined. It appears that most airports are operating under increasing returns to scale. This is also reflected in the most productive scale size determined for the airports. © 2001 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.

TECHNOLOGY AND RELATIVE ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY

Oxford Economic Papers, 1978
A comparative analysis of farms that have been double-cropped for one year and those that have been double-cropped for two or more years provides information on the effect of farm experience on allocational and technical efficiency. Using basic input and output data from six groupings of farmers, which were arranged in pairs under the categories of ...
