Submanifolds with Relative Nullity
Several of the results of Chaps. 4 and 6 have provided relevant geometric conditions under which a submanifold of a space form must have positive index of relative nullity at any point. The aim of this chapter is to study submanifolds that have this property.

Indefinite Khler submanifolds with positive index of relative nullity
Annals of Global Analysis and Geometry, 1988The authors study complex submanifolds in indefinite Kählerian space forms with large index of relative nullity. It is shown that if the ambient space is flat and the index of relative nullity is \(\geq n-1\) then te Kählerian submanifold has a cylindrical structure.

Relative Nullity Distributions and (1, 1)-Geodesic Affine Immersions
Results in Mathematics, 2009We characterize a (1, 1)-geodesic affine immersion from a complex manifold with complex affine connection to an affine space whose index of relative nullity is not less than 2m – 4 everywhere, where a complex manifold has dimension 2m.

The author considers an adjoint or skew-adjoint almost product structure on a smooth connected manifold and characterizes the affine immersions from this almost product manifold to an affine space in terms of its relative nullity distribution. In two cases, he states a cylinder theorem, namely, for an isometric hypersurface of an almost product ...

THE RELATİVE NULLİTY OF MARRİAGE DUE TO MİSTAKE
In the Turkish Civil Code (TCC) Article 149, the relative nullity of marriage due to mistake, which is one of the cases of disorder of will, is discussed. It is important that the nullity case, which is a frequently encountered case in practice, be subject to independent examination.Şahan, Gökhan +1 more
