Small, EarlyView.A tri‐specific scaffold cell (TriSC) platform is engineered to enable programmable, reversible, and multiplex surface assembly through orthogonal and spontaneous coiled‐coil interactions. Independent targeting and therapeutic nanobodies are modularly recruited onto bacterial surfaces, allowing tunable combinatorial functionality.
