Advanced Science, EarlyView.VEGF‐C and its receptor VEGFR‐3 are critical for lymphangiogenesis. Cryo‐EM structures of the VEGFR‐3/VEGF‐C ectodomain complex reveal a canonical 2:2 ligand–receptor hetero‐tetramer that further assembles into higher‐order clusters beyond simple receptor dimerization.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.Pathological tissue rigidity mechanoprimes microglia by enhancing actin cytoskeleton–nucleus coupling and chromatin opening at rigidity‐responsive cis‐regulatory elements (mechanoCREs). Subsequent NF‐κB/p65 signaling converges on this permissive regulatory state to amplify inflammatory gene expression and microglial activation.

A Gut‐Brain Axis Underlying Succinate‐Associated Compulsive‐Like Behavior
Advanced Science, EarlyView.Gut‐derived succinate is associated with an excitatory‐inhibitory imbalance in dmPFC glutamatergic neurons, involving microglial SUCNR1 activation and vagal afferent signaling via upregulated gut 5‐HT4 receptors along the DVC‐CeA‐dmPFC circuit, changes that are linked to excessive compulsive‐like behavior.

Advanced Intelligent Discovery, EarlyView.MolMiner is a fragment‐based, geometry‐aware, and order‐agnostic generative model for molecular design with strong inductive biases. Using symmetry‐aware fragment assembly, dynamic three‐dimensional geometry, and multi‐property conditioning, MolMiner enables interpretable and controllable molecular generation.
