Lexicographic approach to distinguishing between biblical and religious vocabulary

The article identifies the main differences between biblical and religious vocabulary in terms of differences in their semiotic systems. By comparing the meanings of lexemes in religious and explanatory dictionaries and in actual use, the semantic differences between biblical and religious units in different worldviews are shown.
