Abstract We demonstrate the presence of the oldest identifiable marine magnetic anomalies in the Phoenix lineations of the western Pacific based on careful assessment of new data. Recently acquired sea surface magnetic anomalies and multichannel seismic profiles confirm magnetic signals recorded within the Middle‐Jurassic to Early Cretaceous basement ...

Mechanochemical Enhancement of Siderite‐To‐Magnetite Conversion in Faults
Abstract Magnetic phases in fault rocks offer potential “geothermometers” for estimating frictional heating during fault slip. However, the thermochemical kinetics of magnetic minerals subjected to shear deformation in hydrothermal fluids‐conditions typical of natural faults ‐ remains poorly understood, hindering accurate temperature estimates.

Fractional Skyrmion Tubes in Chiral‐Interfaced 3D Magnetic Nanowires
In chiral 3D helical magnetic nanowires, the coupling between the geometric and magnetic chirality provides a way to create topological spin states like vortex tubes. Here, it is demonstrated how the breaking of this coupling in interfaced 3D nanowires of opposite chirality leads to even more complex topological spin states, such as fractional ...

Thickness‐Dependent Skyrmion Evolution in Fe3GeTe2 During Magnetization Reversal
Thickness‐ and field‐dependent magnetic domain behavior in 2D van der Waals Fe3GeTe2 is studied using Lorentz TEM and micromagnetic simulations. A patch‐like domain phase evolves from skyrmions during magnetization reversal, and step edges between thickness regions act as pinning sites.

Burn‐Safe Biodegradable Magnetocaloric Composites for Temperature‐Controlled Biomedical Applications
This work investigates a magnetocaloric (Mn,Fe)2(P,Si) compound tailored for precise, self‐regulating heating in biomedical use. With a Curie temperature tuned at 43 °C, it enables therapeutic activation without overheating. Encapsulation in a composite ensures controlled temperature rise under an alternating magnetic field (AMF), with high ...

Electric Field‐Induced Phase Transition Behaviour in Sodium Bismuth Titanate‐Based Ceramics
This review establishes a framework correlating NBT‐based ceramic performance with geometric descriptors: tolerance factors and octahedral tilt strength. It rationalises transitions between ergodic and non‐ergodic relaxor states across major solid solutions.

European project crisis and ethic remanence of culture
The crisis of the European project (emphasized by the Eurozone crisis) is primarily a community identity crisis. Therefore, we think that a good, coherent political answer (highlighting the common cultural values) might be the only solution for proving ...

Vacancy‐Controlled Lattice Dynamics and Magnetism in Mn‐Doped CeO2−δ Nanocrystals
ABSTRACT Mn‐doped CeO2−δ${\rm CeO}_{2-\delta }$ nanocrystals provide a model system to quantify how defect chemistry controls emergent magnetism in a wide‐gap oxide. Single‐phase fluorite Ce1−xMnxO2−δ${\rm Ce}_{1-x}{\rm Mn}_x{\rm O}_{2-\delta }$ (0≤x≤0.09$0 \le x \le 0.09$) nanocrystals exhibit nonmonotonic changes in lattice parameter, microstrain ...
