Memory and Resting‐State Connectivity in Acute Transient Global Amnesia: A Case–Control fMRI Study

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background and Objectives Transient global amnesia (TGA) is a striking model of isolated amnesia. While hippocampal lesions are well described, the network‐level mechanisms and the precise neuropsychological profile remain debated. Our objective was thus to characterize functional and neuropsychological correlates of acute TGA and their ...

Mapping intertidal vegetation in the wash estuary using remote sensing techniques [PDF]

open access: yes, 1993
The mapping and monitoring of the intertidal zone of the East Coast of England is of considerable interest to conservationists and coastal managers. Intertidal vegetation offers natural protection against coastal erosion and considerably reduces the cost

Evaluation of Digital Technologies for Home‐Based Assessment in People With Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Digital technologies hold promise for transforming healthcare by enhancing personalized treatments and offer valuable opportunities to improve patient care. Here, we evaluated several novel, self‐administered, home‐based, digital endpoints for their association with corresponding conventional standard clinical measures (primary) in ...

REMOTE SENSING TECHNOLOGIES FOR LINEAR INFRASTRUCTURE MONITORING [PDF]

open access: yesThe International Archives of the Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing and Spatial Information Sciences, 2019
Abstract. The need for a continuous evaluation of the state of preservation of civil infrastructures during their lifetime is increasingly requiring advanced monitoring technologies. The improvement of spatial and temporal resolution of the measurements is now one of the most significant achievement, especially for large infrastructures.

Remote sensing reflectance reconstruction to obtain water optical properties from MERIS multispectral satellite images

open access: yes, 2010
We use a multiple regression analysis and a data bank of about 400 reflectance spectra to reconstruct hyperspectral reflectances between 400 and 900 nm with a 5 nm step using only the values known at the wavelengths of the MERIS sensor level 2 data.

A Two‐Stage Questionnaire and Actigraphy Screening for iRBD in a Multicenter Retrospective Cohort

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Isolated rapid‐eye‐movement sleep behavior disorder is a prodromal marker of synucleinopathies. However, most cases remain undiagnosed due to the insufficient predictive value of questionnaires and limited access to confirmatory video‐polysomnography. We assessed a two‐stage screening strategy combining a brief questionnaire on rapid‐

Spatio-temporal cross-city comparison using multisensoral remote sensing for Mexican cities

open access: yes, 2011
Our planet is more and more transforming into an urban world, in which the dynamics of urbanization have overcome the ability to govern cities. In a situation of uncoordinated urban growth, regional and urban planning lack technologies and methodologies ...
