Pathway, classification and removal efficiency of microplastics in wastewater treatment plants.
Environmental Pollution, 2019Microplastics (MPs) contamination in water environment has recently been documented as an emerging environmental threat due to their negative impact on the ecosystem. Their sources are many, but all of them are from synthetic materials.

A long short-term memory (LSTM)-based neural network was proposed and developed to predict the ammonium (NH4-N), total nitrogen (TN), and total phosphorus (TP) removal efficiency of an anaerobic-anoxic-oxic membrane bioreactor (A-A-O MBR) system after ...

Efficient and Robust Specular Highlight Removal
IEEE Transactions on Pattern Analysis and Machine Intelligence, 2015A robust and effective specular highlight removal method is proposed in this paper. It is based on a key observation--the maximum fraction of the diffuse colour component in diffuse local patches in colour images changes smoothly. The specular pixels can thus be treated as noise in this case.

Fine particles pose a dangerous threat to our environment and human health. Although a series of air filters have been developed, to achieve high removal efficiency while maintaining a low pressure drop is still a challenging task.

Software defect-removal efficiency
Computer, 1996Defect-removal efficiency-the percentage of bugs eliminated by software reviews, inspections and tests-is a powerful software quality metric that should be understood by everyone in the software business. Many top companies have used this metric since the 1960s.

Efficient removers for poly(methylmethacrylate)
Journal of Vacuum Science & Technology B: Microelectronics and Nanometer Structures Processing, Measurement, and Phenomena, 2002As nanotechnology approaches molecular scales, issues of surface contamination by unremoved resists will play an important role in device fabrication. Electron beam lithography of polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) resist is still among the most widely used nanofabrication techniques, so it is relevant to study its residual contamination on both exposed and
