Culture‐Negative Infective Endocarditis due to Neisseria bacilliformis: A Rare Case With Multisystem Embolization and Diagnostic Utility of Microbial Cell‐Free DNA Testing

Neisseria bacilliformis, a rare cause of culture‐negative infective endocarditis, led to multisystem embolization (spleen, kidney, brain, lung) in a 79‐year‐old woman. Plasma microbial cell‐free DNA testing enabled definitive diagnosis and successful targeted therapy.
