Transposition of the Left Renal Vein in Nutcracker Syndrome [PDF]
Mesoaortic compression of left renal vein produces left renal vein hypertension resulting in left flank pain, hematuria and pelvic-ureteral varices. This is called the nutcracker syndrome.
