Renormalization scheme dependence with renormalization group summation [PDF]
We consider all radiative corrections to the total electron-positron cross section showing how the renormalization group equation can be used to sum the logarithmic contributions in two ways. First of all, one can sum leading-log etc. contributions. A second summation shows how all logarithmic corrections can be expressed in terms of log-independent ...

Dynamic Defect Tolerance in Metal Halide Perovskites: From Phenomena to Mechanism
Defect tolerance is the key feature that dominates the high performance of perovskite devices. MHPs exhibit dynamic defect tolerance at practical working condition, which is intrinsically relevant to their soft‐lattice thus mixed ionic‐electronic conduction, and intimately correlated with charge carrier, phonon, lattice, and mobile ions and determine ...

Cosmological Constant and Renormalization of Gravity
In arXiv:1601.02203 and arXiv:1702.07063, we have proposed a topological model with a simple Lagrangian density and have tried to solve one of the cosmological constant problems.

Non-perturbative renormalization: a new way [PDF]
The notion of non-perturbative renormalization is discussed and extended. Within the extended picture, a new non-perturbative representation for the generating functional of Green functions of quantum field theories is suggested. It is argued that the new expression agrees with the standard renormalized perturbation theory if the latter is renormalized

Exciton diffusion length in organic semiconductor films is determined from encounter/annihilation rates. Non‐normalized exciton densities and proper intrinsic lifetime reference avoid over‐parametrization of the fits. Monte Carlo Simulation of individual molecule‐to‐molecule hops reproduce these results (②) when matching lattice constant and hoping ...

Ambipolar‐To‐Unipolar Conversion in Ultrathin 2D Semiconductors
The applications of many 2D semiconductors have attracted considerable attention, but are severely limited by their ambipolar characteristics, which has sparked controversy about rethinking their potential. Thus, a comprehensive review is necessary for in‐depth understanding and to propose the optimum solutions for ambipolar treatment. Furthermore, the

One-Loop Calculations and Detailed Analysis of the Localized Non-Commutative p^{-2} U(1) Gauge Model
This paper carries forward a series of articles describing our enterprise to construct a gauge equivalent for the θ-deformed non-commutative p^{-2} model originally introduced by Gurau et al. [Comm. Math. Phys. 287 (2009), 275-290].

An analytical turbulence modeling based on the double-Lagrangian formalism
An analytical approach to turbulence modeling based on the double-Lagrangian formalism is applied to turbulence modeling. Extending a selfconsistent closure theory of homogeneous turbulence, current approach allows us to derive a quadratic nonlinear ...

Excited State Structure and Decay Rates for Aggregates
Delocalized excitons in a disordered energy landscape of molecular aggregates, created by external excitation and undergoing decay influenced by phonon and thermal fluctuations. ABSTRACT Electronic excited state in molecular aggregate or exciton states continue to attract great attention due to the increasing demands for applications of molecular ...

Self-Localized Quasi-Particle Excitation in Quantum Electrodynamics and Its Physical Interpretation
The self-localized quasi-particle excitation of the electron-positron field (EPF) is found for the first time in the framework of a standard form of the quantum electrodynamics.
