Phenotypic and genotypic characterization of single circulating tumor cells in the follow‐up of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Single circulating tumor cells (sCTCs) from high‐grade serous ovarian cancer patients were enriched, imaged, and genomically profiled using WGA and NGS at different time points during treatment. sCTCs revealed enrichment of alterations in Chromosomes 2, 7, and 12 as well as persistent or emerging oncogenic CNAs, supporting sCTC identity.

Prevalence, risk factors and constraints in control of repeat breeding in dairy animals of Punjab

open access: yesIndian Journal of Animal Sciences, 2019
The present study investigated the occurrence of repeat breeding (RB) and constraints in controlling this disease in cattle and buffalo in Punjab. Livestock owners/households (720) constituted the ultimate sampling units for the study.

Dammarenediol II enhances etoposide‐induced apoptosis by targeting O‐GlcNAc transferase and Akt/GSK3β/mTOR signaling in liver cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Etoposide induces DNA damage, activating p53‐dependent apoptosis via caspase‐3/7, which cleaves PARP1. Dammarenediol II enhances this apoptotic pathway by suppressing O‐GlcNAc transferase activity, further decreasing O‐GlcNAcylation. The reduction in O‐GlcNAc levels boosts p53‐driven apoptosis and influences the Akt/GSK3β/mTOR signaling pathway ...

Hematological and serum biochemical profiles at the time of artificial insemination based on pregnancy outcomes in repeat breeder beef cows

open access: yesOpen Veterinary Journal
Background: Repeat breeder cows (RBCs) are characterized by failure to conceive at least 3 times without anatomical or infectious abnormalities. This condition presents a major challenge to farm fertility and profitability.

Tumor mutational burden as a determinant of metastatic dissemination patterns

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This study performed a comprehensive analysis of genomic data to elucidate whether metastasis in certain organs share genetic characteristics regardless of cancer type. No robust mutational patterns were identified across different metastatic locations and cancer types.

The Quality of Milk Production in Friesian Holstein (FH) Dairy Cattle Experiencing Repeat Breeding at KUD Tani Wilis Sendang, Tulungagung Regency

open access: yesJournal of Applied Veterinary Science and Technology
Background: Repeat breeding is a notable reproductive problem where cows do not conceive after several insemination attempts, and it is typically defined as three or more unsuccessful attempts.

Fertility enhancement using P-24 and fixed time artificial insemination (FTAI) protocol in repeat breeder buffaloes

open access: yesIndian Journal of Animal Sciences, 2016
Pluriparous repeat breeding Murrah buffaloes (20) were randomly divided into 2 groups, viz. control and treatment group. Control group buffaloes were inseminated on day 0 and 1 of oestrus cycle whereas treatment group buffaloes were treated with P- 24 ...

Basroparib inhibits YAP‐driven cancers by stabilizing angiomotin

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Basroparib, a selective tankyrase inhibitor, suppresses Wnt signaling and attenuates YAP‐driven oncogenic programs by stabilizing angiomotin. It promotes AMOT–YAP complex formation, enforces cytoplasmic YAP sequestration, inhibits YAP/TEAD transcription, and sensitizes YAP‐active cancers, including KRAS‐mutant colorectal cancer, to MEK inhibition.

RaMBat: Accurate identification of medulloblastoma subtypes from diverse data sources with severe batch effects

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
To integrate multiple transcriptomics data with severe batch effects for identifying MB subtypes, we developed a novel and accurate computational method named RaMBat, which leveraged subtype‐specific gene expression ranking information instead of absolute gene expression levels to address batch effects of diverse data sources.

ESTRUS PERFORMANCE AND STEROID LEVEL OF REPEAT BREEDING ACEH CATTLE SYNCHRONIZED WITH PGF2α

open access: yesVeterinaria, 2017
The objective of this research is to determine the estrous performance and steroid level of repeat breeding in Aceh cattle. This research included 17 female Aceh cattle, aged 3-5 years, who had been pregnant at least once.
