The Repeatability of Corneal Thickness Measures
Cornea, 2000To compare the repeatability of three measures of corneal thickness: Orbscan Slitscan pachymetry, ultrasound pachymetry, and optical pachymetry.Twenty normal subjects were tested on three occasions. Two occurred on the same day and the third was on a different day at approximately the same time of day as one of the first two visits.

Abstract In this chapter, we discuss methods for analysing data which consist of a number of relatively short non-stationary time series in which the trends, ยต;(t) say, are of direct interest. This situation arises in experiments which involve comparisons amongst trends associated with different treatments (cf. Examples 1.6, 1.7).

Repeatability of Ocular Wavefront Measurement
Optometry and Vision Science, 2003ABSTRACT: Purpose. To assess the repeatability of measurements of ocular aberrations using wavefront sensing in a small group of observers and to assess the potential effect of measurement error on custom corneal correction due to this variability.

The repeatability of corticomotor threshold measurements
Neurophysiologie Clinique/Clinical Neurophysiology, 2004Threshold (Th) is a neurophysiological parameter frequently used in TMS studies. The present study was designed to investigate the repeatability of the Th measurements by reexamining healthy subjects over various time points. Overall, 82 subjects (median age: 19 years, range: 12-65) entered the study.

Crossover Designs and Repeated Measurements
Neuropsychobiology, 1983In crossover or changeover designs, the different treatments are allocated to each experimental unit (e.g. patient in clinical trial) in a randomized order. To analyze the results of such experiments, a mixed analysis of variance model is usually assumed.

Balanced repeated measurements designs
Biometrika, 1983SUMMARY Repeated measurements designs are concerned with scientific experiments in which each experimental unit is assigned more than once to a treatment, either different or identical. An easy method of constructing balanced minimal repeated measurements designs when p, the number of periods, is less than t, the number of treatments, is given.

Computing for Incomplete Repeated Measures
Biometrics, 1987Repeated-measures experiments involve two or more intended measurements per subject. If the within-subjects design is the same for each subject and no data are missing, then the analysis is relatively simple and there are readily available programs that do the analysis automatically.
