Mechanism of Repigmentation of Halo Region
Halo nevusにおいてcentral moleを切除し, 再びもとの位置に戻し, 放置しておくとmoleの退色をきたすがそれよりの色素再生はない。同様の操作でその後8-MOPと日光照射を行なうと, moleよりの色素再生はなく, ある場合にはhaloの周囲より縮小している例がある。つぎにmoleをそのままにhalo領域に健常皮膚片を移植することにより移植片の周囲に色素再生を認めるが, 速度は遅く, central moleも健常皮膚片で置換することにより再生色素斑の拡大速度は速やかになる。またcentral moleをそのままに, halo領域に2個の健常皮膚片を移植し, 4年半後haloが消失した時点でやや退色したcentral moleを切除し組織学的にみると, 真皮内に母斑細胞巣があり,
