ABSTRACT Five‐toe traumatic amputation was successfully managed with synchronous retrograde replantation. Meticulous vascular anastomosis achieved immediate revascularization. All replanted toes survived completely, with excellent functional and cosmetic outcomes maintained at 4‐year follow‐up.
