Study on imprinting and replica molding of quasi-grey scale soft mold curved surface microstructure mold

open access: closedMicroelectronic Engineering, 2018
Abstract The aim of this paper is to fabrication of quasi-greyscale microstructures by curved surface soft magnetic mold. In this paper, a photocuring system is first developed and built independently, then created the magnetic curved surface microstructure soft mold, the magnetic force of the magnetic curved surface via to different heights was ...

Height-Tunable Replica Molding Using Viscous Polymeric Resins

ACS Macro Letters, 2022
Replica molding is one of the most common and low-cost methods for constructing microstructures for various applications, including dry adhesives, optics, tissue engineering, and strain sensors. However, replica molding provides only a single-height microstructure from a mold and master molds produced by an expensive photolithography process are ...

Flexible Nonstick Replica Mold for Transfer Printing of Ag Ink

Journal of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, 2016
We report the fabrication of flexible replica molds for transfer printing of Ag ink on a rigid glass substrate. As mold precursors, acrylic mixtures were prepared from silsesquioxane-based materials, silicone acrylate, poly(propylene glycol) diacrylate, 3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8, 9,9,10,10,10-heptadecafluorodecyl methacrylate, and photoinitiator.
