Drug resistance limits treatment success in a subset of lung cancers driven by ROS1 gene alterations. Using patient‐derived cells and computer simulations, we studied three key mutations and how they affect five targeted drugs. The mutations reduced drug effectiveness in different ways by altering protein structure and behavior.

A Study on Methods for Appearance of cloth -Using W&W Replicas and Seam Pucker Replicas- [PDF]
これまでに行ってきたしわの評価法の研究の中で、本稿はこれまでの差分法を用いた評価方法ではなく、面積法を用いた場合のW&W とシームパッカリングの評価方法の検討を行ったものである。Using an image-processing method, the author have studied the quantitative evaluation method for standard three-dimensional W&W replicas specified in AATCC Test ...

BCL9 and BCL9L drive bladder cancer progression by enhancing β‐catenin signaling, promoting proliferation, migration, invasion, and organoid growth. Genetic depletion of BCL9(L) suppresses malignant phenotypes, while pharmacological disruption of the β‐catenin/BCL9(L) complex with ZW4864 inhibits canonical Wnt signaling and tumor‐associated cellular ...

Energy-efficient and fast method on storage and querying in wireless sensor networks
This work, focuses on unstructured random data storage and query. Since the energy is one of the most pre- cious resources, an MESQ optimization problem is formed whose aim is to select the optimum number of replicas and queries that minimize the total ...

A Longitudinal Analysis Of Replicas in the Wild Wild Android [PDF]
In this thesis, we report and study a phenomenon that contributes to Android API sprawls. We observe that OEM developers introduce private APIs that are composed by copy-paste-editing full or partial code from AOSP and other OEM APIs – we call such APIs,

LUNAR is a liver‐specific long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) that is highly expressed in normal liver but becomes epigenetically silenced in hepatocellular carcinoma through promoter hypermethylation. Loss of LUNAR is associated with NOTCH activation, epithelial–mesenchymal transition, and metastasis, whereas restoring LUNAR restrains metastatic progression ...

Translating whole‐genome doubling into precision medicine in cancer
Whole‐genome doubling creates a WGD‐positive tumor state characterized by persistent chromosomal instability, karyotypic diversification, and cellular stress. These same biological pressures drive aggressive tumor evolution while exposing therapeutic vulnerabilities, providing a rationale for WGD‐informed precision medicine. Whole‐genome doubling (WGD)

Practical Byzantine Fault Tolerance Using Fewer than 3f+1 Active Replicas [PDF]
Byzantine fault tolerant state machine replication (BFT-SMR) is a foundation for implementations of highly reliable services. Existing algorithms for BFT-SMR require at least 3f +1 active replicas to tolerate f faulty replicas.
