Research on Game Industry Cooperation Based on Evolutionary Game Model
With the arrival of the information age, the growth space of the game industry is expanding, and the interest relationship between game businesses is becoming more sensitive. To alleviate the increasingly fierce competitive pressure, some game businesses

The Schwarzian equation for completely replicable functions [PDF]
We describe the Schwarzian equations for the 328 completely replicable functions with integral$q$-coefficients [Fordet al., ‘More on replicable functions’,Comm. Algebra22 (1994) no. 13, 5175–5193].

Exploiting metabolic adaptations to overcome dabrafenib treatment resistance in melanoma cells
We show that dabrafenib‐resistant melanoma cells undergo mitochondrial remodeling, leading to elevated respiration and ROS production balanced by stronger antioxidant defenses. This altered redox state promotes survival despite mitochondrial damage but renders resistant cells highly vulnerable to ROS‐inducing compounds such as PEITC, highlighting redox

The LINC01116 long noncoding RNA is induced by hypoxia and associated with poor prognosis and high recurrence rates in two cohorts of lung adenocarcinoma patients. Here, we demonstrate that besides its expression in cancer cells, LINC01116 is markedly expressed in lymphatic endothelial cells of the tumor stroma in which it participates in hypoxia ...

Cell surface interactome analysis identifies TSPAN4 as a negative regulator of PD‐L1 in melanoma
Using cell surface proximity biotinylation, we identified tetraspanin TSPAN4 within the PD‐L1 interactome of melanoma cells. TSPAN4 negatively regulates PD‐L1 expression and lateral mobility by limiting its interaction with CMTM6 and promoting PD‐L1 degradation.

Relative Entropy in Biological Systems
In this paper we review various information-theoretic characterizations of the approach to equilibrium in biological systems. The replicator equation, evolutionary game theory, Markov processes and chemical reaction networks all describe the dynamics of ...

Pharmacologic ascorbate (vitamin C) increases ROS, disrupts cellular metabolism, and induces DNA damage in CRPC cells. These effects sensitize tumors to PARP inhibition, producing synergistic growth suppression with olaparib in vitro and significantly delayed tumor progression in vivo. Pyruvate rescue confirms ROS‐dependent activity.

Singular equilibrium solutions for a replicator dynamics model
We evaluate explicitly certain classes of singular equilibrium solutions for a specific one-dimensional replicator dynamics equation. These solutions are linear combinations of Dirac delta functions.
