This study explores salivary RNA for breast cancer (BC) diagnosis, prognosis, and follow‐up. High‐throughput RNA sequencing identified distinct salivary RNA signatures, including novel transcripts, that differentiate BC from healthy controls, characterize histological and molecular subtypes, and indicate lymph node involvement.

Computing Representations of a Lie Group via the Universal Enveloping Algebra
Computing representations on the enveloping algebra was developed by physicists (e.g. \textit{B. Gruber} and \textit{A. U. Klimyk} [J. Math. Phys. 25, 755-764 (1984; Zbl 0548.17005)]), but their methods work only for very simple Lie algebras. This new algorithm constructs explicit \textit{principal matrices} and avoids difficulties with commutators ...

Bridging the gap: Multi‐stakeholder perspectives of molecular diagnostics in oncology
Although molecular diagnostics is transforming cancer care, implementing novel technologies remains challenging. This study identifies unmet needs and technology requirements through a two‐step stakeholder involvement. Liquid biopsies for monitoring applications and predictive biomarker testing emerge as key unmet needs. Technology requirements vary by

Representations of differential operators on a Lie group
AbstractIn this paper we apply the theory of second-order partial differential operators with nonnegative characteristic form to representations of Lie groups. We are concerned with a continuous representation U of a Lie group G in a Banach space B. Let E be the enveloping algebra of G, and let dU be the infinitesimal homomorphism of E into operators ...

This study integrates transcriptomic profiling of matched tumor and healthy tissues from 32 colorectal cancer patients with functional validation in patient‐derived organoids, revealing dysregulated metabolic programs driven by overexpressed xCT (SLC7A11) and SLC3A2, identifying an oncogenic cystine/glutamate transporter signature linked to ...

A classification of coherent state representations of unimodular Lie groups [PDF]
Let \(G\) be a connected Lie group and \((T,H)\) a unitary representation of \(G\) on a complex Hilbert space \(H\). Assume that \((T,H)\) is nontrivial \((\dim H>1)\). By a coherent state orbit (CS orbit) for \((T,H)\) the author means a complex orbit of \(G\) on the projective space \(P(H)\). The author calls \((T,H)\) a coherent state representation

Survivin and Aurora Kinase A control cell fate decisions during mitosis
Aurora A interacts with survivin during mitosis and regulates its centromeric role. Loss of Aurora A activity mislocalises survivin, the CPC and BubR1, leading to disruption of the spindle checkpoint and triggering premature mitotic exit, which we refer to as ‘mitotic slippage’.

CDK11 inhibition stabilises the tumour suppressor p53 and triggers the production of an alternative p21WAF1 splice variant p21L, through the inactivation of the spliceosomal protein SF3B1. Unlike the canonical p21WAF1 protein, p21L is localised in the cytoplasm and has reduced cell cycle‐blocking activity.
