Genomic Diversity and Clinical Variability in Pediatric Primary Cutaneous Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma: A Case Series

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Primary cutaneous anaplastic large cell lymphoma (pcALCL) is a rare pediatric CD30‐positive T‐cell lymphoproliferative disorder with an excellent prognosis, but its genomic drivers are poorly defined. We report three children with skin‐limited disease demonstrating striking molecular heterogeneity, including NPM::ALK, NUP214::FRK, and a novel ...

Representation of Solutions to a Two-Sided Matrix Delay Differential Equations

open access: yesAxioms
In this paper, we investigate the representation of solution for the following linear matrix delayed differential equation Y˙(t)=A1Y(t)+Y(t)A2+BY(t−τ)+Y(t−τ)C+F(t),t∈[0,∞) where t is an independent variable, Y(t) is an n×n unknown variable matrix, τ>0 is

Representation of solutions to a linear matrix first-order differential equation with delay

open access: yesBulletin of Mathematical Sciences
Linear matrix delayed differential equation Ẋ(t)=BX(t−τ)+X(t−τ)C+F(t),t∈[0,∞) is dealt with, where [Formula: see text] is a delay, t is an independent variable, [Formula: see text] is an [Formula: see text] unknown variable matrix, B and C are given ...

An Effective Chromosome Representation on Proportional Tuition Fees Assessment Using NSGA-II

open access: yesJITeCS (Journal of Information Technology and Computer Science), 2019
Proportional tuition fees assessment is an optimization process to find a compromise point between student willingness to pay and institution income.

Comparing f(R) and scale-dependent gravities

open access: yesEuropean Physical Journal C: Particles and Fields, 2023
In this work, we prove that every f(R) gravity can be represented as a scale-dependent one, but not every scale-dependent gravity can be represented in the f(R) framework. Therefore, the f(R) formalism is strictly included in the scale-dependent approach.

Are Fertility Preservation Procedures Before Gonadotoxic Therapy and Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation Feasible and Safe in Very Young Children? A Retrospective Cohort Study

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Fertility preservation (FP) is increasingly integrated into the care of pediatric patients exposed to gonadotoxic therapy or conditioning for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT), yet perioperative data in infants and toddlers remain scarce.

On real solutions of the Dirac equation for a one-dimensional Majorana particle

open access: yesResults in Physics, 2019
We construct general solutions of the time-dependent Dirac equation in (1+1) dimensions with a Lorentz scalar potential, subject to the so-called Majorana condition, in the Majorana representation.

Classification of Bounded Travelling Wave Solutions of the General Burgers-Boussinesq Equation [PDF]

open access: yesMathematics Interdisciplinary Research, 2019
By using bifurcation theory of planar dynamical systems, we classify all bounded travelling wave solutions of the general Burgers-Boussinesq equation, and we give their corresponding phase portraits.

Solutions of Navier equations and their representation structure

open access: yesAdvances in Applied Mathematics, 2009
Navier equations are used to describe the deformation of a homogeneous, isotropic and linear elastic medium in the absence of body forces. Mathematically, the system is a natural vector (field) $O(n,\mbb{R})$-invariant generalization of the classical Laplace equation, which physically describes the vibration of a string. In this paper, we decompose the

Central Nervous System Neuroblastoma, FOXR2‐Activated: A Pooled Analysis of Published Clinical Outcomes

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Central nervous system (CNS) neuroblastoma, FOXR2‐activated, is a recently recognized entity in the WHO CNS5 classification, defined by activation of the FOXR2 transcription factor and unique histopathological features. This review synthesizes available literature and pooled clinical data, providing insight into demographics ...
