BioMed Research International, Volume 2014, Issue 1, 2014., 2014 West Nile virus (WNV) transmission has been confirmed in the last four years in Europe and in the Mediterranean Basin. An increasing concern towards West Nile disease (WND) has been observed due to the high number of human and animal cases reported in these areas confirming the importance of this zoonosis.

Ecologica Montenegrina, 2020 Populations of Paeonia caucasica (Schipcz.) Schipcz., 1937 growing in various forest phytocenoses were discovered and studied during the monitoring of protected plant species in the Republic of Adygea. The allocation of the species to a certain range of altitudes above sea level and types of communities were defined.
