Lithium-ion-Based Resistive Devices of LiCoO2/LiPON/Cu With Ultrathin Interlayers of Titanium Oxide for Neuromorphic Computing

open access: yesIEEE Journal of the Electron Devices Society, 2023
Lithium (Li)-ion materials such as LiCoO2 and (Li3PO4)-N (LiPON) are used in Li-ion all-solid-state batteries, and are now expected to be used as ion-electron hybrid materials to create a new degree of freedom in future integrated circuits. We fabricated

Dielectricity of a molecularly crowded solution accelerates NTP misincorporation during RNA-dependent RNA polymerization by T7 RNA polymerase

open access: yesScientific Reports, 2022
In biological systems, the synthesis of nucleic acids, such as DNA and RNA, is catalyzed by enzymes in various aqueous solutions. However, substrate specificity is derived from the chemical properties of the residues, which implies that perturbations of ...

Study of Magnetic Noise of a Multi-Annular Ferrite Shield

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2020
Ferrites are promising nonmetallic materials used for the fabrication of low-noise magnetic shields because they possess high permeability and high electrical resistivity. However, large-sized ferrite components are difficult to fabricate or machine.

Stimulator of interferon genes agonist augmented antitumor immunity of osimertinib in Egfr‐mutated lung cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Combining osimertinib with the STING agonist ADU‐S100 activates innate and adaptive immunity to overcome the non‐inflamed microenvironment of Egfr‐mutant lung cancer. This combination increases NK and CD8+ T‐cell infiltration, associated with activation of the STING‐IRF3 pathway and local immunogenic cell death.
