Prediction of Reservoir Storage in Ungauged Reservoirs by Grouping Reservoir Characteristics

Crisis and Emergency Management: Theory and Praxis, 2021
The reservoir in Korea is managed by the local government and Korea Rural Community Corporation. About 97% of agricultural reservoirs managed by local governments are ungauged reservoirs, and the water supply amount from the reservoirs is estimated by an indirect method.

Reservoir geophysics

Geophysics, 2001
Abstract The concept of petroleum reservoir geophysics is relatively new. In the past, the role of geophysics was largely confined to exploration and, to a lesser degree, the development of discoveries. As cost-efficiency has taken over as a driving force in the economics of the oil and gas industry and as major assets near ...

The ileoanal reservoir

The American Journal of Surgery, 1990
One hundred nine men and 71 women with a mean age of 31 years had construction of 164 S, 2 J, and 14 other ileoanal reservoirs. Postoperative gastrointestinal complications included small bowel obstruction in 11 percent and ileus, hemorrhage, and sepsis in 6 percent, 5 percent, and 11 percent, respectively.

RESERVOIR SIMULATION FOR RESERVOIR MANAGEMENT

The APEA Journal, 1986
The Hutton reservoir in the Merrimelia Field (Cooper-Eromanga Basin) was the subject of a 3-D reservoir simulation study. The primary objective of the study was to develop a reservoir management tool for evaluating the performance of the field under various depletion options.

EVOLUTION OF RESERVOIR SIMULATION FOR A LARGE CARBONATE RESERVOIR

Proceedings of Middle East Oil Show, 1989
ABSTRACT Reservof-1 is a large carbonate reservoir that was discovered and developed in the 1940's. A brief description of the reservoir and major events of the field development are presented. A 2D areal model was constructed for the reservoir in the 1970's. The use and the shortcomings of the model are discussed.

Advanced Reservoir Modeling in Desorption-Controlled Reservoirs

SPE Rocky Mountain Petroleum Technology Conference, 2001
Abstract Reservoir models typically utilized for desorption-controlled reservoirs such as coals and gas shales possess dual-porosity/single-permeability characteristics. In this case dual-porosity means that two in-situ locations exist that can be used for gas storage, adsorbed within the matrix and in the free form in the cleat system ...

Colonic Reservoirs

Scandinavian Journal of Gastroenterology, 1988
During the last decades several types of surgical techniques have been utilized in order to provide the patient with a continent colostomy using the colon as a reservoir. None of the methods have gained wide acceptance and continence is usually dependent upon successful irrigation.

Surrogate Reservoir Model for Average Reservoir Pressure

2017
Reservoir models comprise of number of grid blocks, multiple layers and production/injection wells. Reservoir models also contain a number of different characteristics in its structure. Such as gas-oil ratio, water/oil saturation, permeability and volume factor, etc.

Reservoir geochemistry — A reservoir engineering perspective

Journal of Petroleum Science and Engineering, 2007
Abstract This paper reviews the applications of reservoir geochemistry from a reservoir engineering point of view. Some of the main tasks of reservoir engineering are discussed with an emphasis on the importance of appraising reservoirs in the pre-development stage.
