Oxygen‐tunnel (OT) indium tin oxide (ITO) vertical channel transistors (VCTs) enable reliable, high‐density gain‐cell memory for monolithic 3D integration. A sandwiched SiN/SiO2/SiN OT stack selectively regulates oxygen transport, suppressing parasitic electrode oxidation while stabilizing channel oxygen vacancies, thereby suppressing carrier injection

As the Xingshugang Oilfield is in the late stage of development, a conventional geological model could not meet the needs of further enhancing oil recovery, and the establishment of a fine 3-D geological model, namely the 3-D reservoir architecture model,

Re-visiting Reservoir Computing Architectures Optimized by Evolutionary Algorithms
For many years, Evolutionary Algorithms (EAs) have been applied to improve Neural Networks (NNs) architectures. They have been used for solving different problems, such as training the networks (adjusting the weights), designing network topology, optimizing global parameters, and selecting features.

Spin Injection Of Exciton–Polaritons With Halide Perovskites At Room Temperature
A monolithic Tamm‐plasmon microcavity embedding a two‐dimensional halide perovskite enables room‐temperature spin injection of exciton‐polaritons under quasi‐resonant optical excitation. Polarization‐resolved spectroscopy reveals partial preservation of the injected spin in the lower polariton branch, while bare excitons remain fully depolarized.

Using reservoir architecture to maximize CO2 storage capacity
Abstract This work explores, using reservoir simulation, the impact of reservoir architecture on CO2 plume movement and the reservoir's storage capacity. Subsurface flow of CO2 in the presence of shale "baffles", or lack thereof, will be reviewed in conjunction with other reservoir characteristics that influence flow such as formation ...
