Dual Blockade of LILRB1 and LILRB2 Enhances Antiviral Immune Responses in SIV Infection

Dual LILRB1/B2 blockade with mac20G10 reshapes myeloid activation during acute SIV infection by targeting LILRB1 and LILRB2 on myeloid cells. This treatment enhances CD80 expression on selected myeloid subsets and increases plasma IFN‐λ, IL‐8, and IL‐1RA.

Interface Charge Induced Multifunctional Manipulations in Metals

Voltage‑controlled interface charge enables giant, reversible modulation of magnetic anisotropy, magnetization, and resistivity in common metals. Space‑separated ions and electrons accumulate at interfaces, producing strong interfacial capacitor effect and high‑density electrons injection.

Harmonizing Rigidity and Flexibility: Embedding COF Quantum Dots Into Extracellular Matrix Gel as Carbon Monoxide Depot for Acoustically Triggered Time‐Programmable Anti‐Infective Therapy

A rigid‑flexible integrated CO depot is engineered by embedding rigid COFQDs into a flexible ECM gel network. The rigid framework enables high‑capacity CO storage and sonodynamic bacterial killing, while the flexible ECM gel controls sustained CO release, collectively eradicating multidrug‑resistant infection and promoting scarless healing.
