Advanced Science, EarlyView.IL27RA upregulation drives immune evasion in TNBC by suppressing MHC‐I expression and reprogramming T/NK‐cell states, establishing an immune‐excluded tumor phenotype. Targeting this epithelial‐intrinsic IL27RA–PI3K/AKT axis offers a promising strategy to overcome immunotherapy resistance.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.Self‐assembling nanoparticles composed entirely of POEGMA are engineered by exploiting side‐chain–dependent amphiphilicity and tunable thermoresponsive behavior. These single‐material nanocarriers encapsulate diverse hydrophobic drugs with high efficiency, retain therapeutic activity, improve in vivo efficacy, and evade anti‐PEG antibodies.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.A post‐treatment strategy using imidazole derivatives (4,5‐DI and 4,5‐D‐2‐MI) enhances the Me‐4PACz/perovskite interface by improving wettability, promoting perovskite films, and optimizing energy level alignment, resulting in higher efficiency and improved stability in inverted perovskite solar cells.
