Η ανακατασκευή πραγματοποιήθηκε με την χρήση υβριδικού συστήματος σεισμικής μόνωσης, το οποίο περιλαμβάνει ελαστομερείς μονωτήρες υψηλής απόσβεσης και μονωτήρες ολίσθησης χαμηλής τριβής.
