An In Situ Embedded B‐MOF Sponge With Shape‐Memory for All‐in‐One Diabetic Wound Therapy

A smart shape‐memory sponge dressing (P1A3@B‐MOF) is developed for accelerated diabetic wound healing. It achieves pH‐responsive corelease of Zn2+ and salvianolic acid B, synergistically providing antibacterial action, repolarizing macrophages to the M2 phenotype, and promoting angiogenesis.

Model‐Driven Optimization of Subcutaneous Polymer Prodrugs Achieves Cancer Remission in Mice

A pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics (PK/PD) model was developed to evaluate multiple dosing regimens for subcutaneously administered water‐soluble polymer prodrug for cancer therapy. The model enabled prediction of in vivo performance and contributed to the optimization of anticancer efficacy.

We produced genetically‐encoded virus‐derived nanoparticles decorated with nanobodies targeting cancer cell receptors, epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and human epidermal growth factor 2 (HER2).
