Angewandte Chemie, EarlyView.Our study investigates macromolecular crowding effects in the Arrhenius‐like and non‐Arrhenius temperature regimes of the human platelet isoform of phosphofructokinase‐1 (PFKP). The results reveal how PFKP maintains temperature robustness of catalytic activity in differently crowded environments.
