A Test for Autocorrelation in Dynamic Panel Data Models [PDF]
This paper presents an autocorrelation test that is applicable to dynamic panel data models with serially correlated errors. Our residual-based GMM t-test (hereafter: t-test) differs from the m2 and Sargan's over-identifying restriction (hereafter ...

ABSTRACT Introduction Patients with ovarian cancer often present with massive ascites, leading to significant protein loss during surgical procedures. Although cell‐free concentrated ascites reinfusion therapy (CART) is used in palliative settings to mitigate protein loss, its application in intraoperative settings remains unexplored.

Residual-based tests for cointegration and multiple regime shifts [PDF]
In this paper we examine the properties of several cointegration tests when long run parameters are subject to multiple shifts, resorting to Monte Carlo methods. We assume that the changes in cointegration regimes are governed by a unobserved Markov chain process.

Enteropathogenic E. coli (EPEC) infects the human intestinal epithelium, resulting in severe illness and diarrhoea. In this study, we compared the infection of cancer‐derived cell lines with human organoid‐derived models of the small intestine. We observed a delayed in attachment, inflammation and cell death on primary cells, indicating that host ...

Organoids in pediatric cancer research
Organoid technology has revolutionized cancer research, yet its application in pediatric oncology remains limited. Recent advances have enabled the development of pediatric tumor organoids, offering new insights into disease biology, treatment response, and interactions with the tumor microenvironment.

The Power of the KPSS-Test for Cointegration when Residuals are Fractionally Integrated [PDF]
We show that the power of the KPSS-test against integration, as measured by divergence rates of the test statistic under the alternative, remains the same when residuals from an OLS-regression rather than true observations are used.

Testing Conditional Dynamics in Asymmetry. A Residual-Based Approach [PDF]
We propose three residual-based tests for conditional dynamic asymmetry. Estimation is performed under the null hypothesis of constant asymmetry of the innovations and, in a second step, the tests are performed either through a parametric model or a nonparametric method (runs).

Reciprocal control of viral infection and phosphoinositide dynamics
Phosphoinositides, although scarce, regulate key cellular processes, including membrane dynamics and signaling. Viruses exploit these lipids to support their entry, replication, assembly, and egress. The central role of phosphoinositides in infection highlights phosphoinositide metabolism as a promising antiviral target.
