Residual Power Series Method for Wave Type Equations

In this article residual power series method (RPSM) is proposed for wave type partial differential equations (PDEs). This method is based on power series along with residual concept. RPSM is applied to test problem of wave type equation and results are analyzed through tables and figures at different time levels.

Residual Power Series Approach for Solving Linear Fractional Swift-Hohenberg Problems

In this paper, a modified residual fractional power series technique is applied to provide an analytic-numeric approximated solution for linear time-fractional Swift-Hohenberg equation. The proposed algorithm relies on minimizing the residual error that results when approximating the solution by a truncated fractional Taylor series.
