Prognostic value of the SYNTAX and residual SYNTAX Scores in NSTE-ACS

open access: yesArchives of Cardiovascular Diseases Supplements, 2020
Background The residual SYNTAX score (RSS) quantitatively assesses angiographic completeness of revascularization after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Objective The purpose of this study was to determine whether the RSS could predict one-year mortality more than Syntax score in patients with NSTE-ACS.

The prognostic value of the change in the level of inflammatory markers in stable coronary artery patients with stent implanted

open access: yesMedicine Science, 2023
Vascular inflammation has a pivotal role in the progression of atherosclerosis and major cardiovascular events (MACE). However, there is limited data concerning to role of changes in inflammatory markers in predicting MACE.
