Shaping Matter with Acoustic Waves: From Particles to Functional Structures
Acoustic‐directed assembly is reviewed as a materials‐oriented strategy for organizing particles, polymers, metals, and biological systems into functional structures. The review distinguishes reversible manipulation from permanent structure formation through medium fixation, particle fixation, and in situ material generation, highlighting routes toward

Electrochemical etching provides an eco‐friendly alternative to hazardous HF methods for MXene production. This approach facilitates the selective isolation of the A‐layer from MAX phases with tunable surface terminations. Controlling voltage, electrolytes, temperature, and duration enables the optimal structural integrity. Nevertheless, existing scale

All‐solution‐processed, low‐cost extended short‐wavelength infrared photodetectors are realized by coupling colloidal HgTe quantum dots to plasmonic In2O3:Sn,F nanocrystals. Localized surface plasmon resonances boost and spectrally tailor light absorption between 1500 and 3000 nm, enabling responsivities above 40 A W−1.

The active role of KCl as a neutral electrolyte enables switching the selectivity on a Cu organic framework from C1 to C2+ products during electrocatalytic CO2 reduction. ABSTRACT We introduce a copper‐nicotinate (Cu‐NA) framework as a halogenide‐stabilized Cu+/Cu0 pre‐catalyst for electrocatalytic CO2 reduction with high C2+ selectivity in a “neutral”

Management of resistant depression
International Journal of Psychiatry in Clinical Practice, 1997The inadequate assessment and management of depression can lead to the erroneous diagnosis of treatment resistance. After briefly considering the definition and diagnosis of resistant depression, the authors describe the principles and methods of antidepressant therapy, emphasizing the systematic use of medication and the importance of therapeutic drug
