Cell surface interactome analysis identifies TSPAN4 as a negative regulator of PD‐L1 in melanoma
Using cell surface proximity biotinylation, we identified tetraspanin TSPAN4 within the PD‐L1 interactome of melanoma cells. TSPAN4 negatively regulates PD‐L1 expression and lateral mobility by limiting its interaction with CMTM6 and promoting PD‐L1 degradation.

Modelling the reversible uptake of chemical species in the gas phase by ice particles formed in a convective cloud [PDF]
The present paper is a preliminary study preparing the introduction of reversible trace gas uptake by ice particles into a 3-D cloud resolving model. For this a 3-D simulation of a tropical deep convection cloud was run with the BRAMS cloud resolving ...

Subtype‐specific enhancer RNAs define transcriptional regulators and prognosis in breast cancers
This study employed machine learning methodologies to perform the subtype‐specific classification of RNA‐seq data sets, which are mapped on enhancers from TCGA‐derived breast cancer patients. Their integration with gene expression (referred to as ProxCReAM eRNAs) and chromatin accessibility profiles has the potential to identify lineage‐specific and ...

Local Metric and Partition Resolvability of Graphs With Applications
The distance‐based graph parameters are being used extensively in the fields of chemistry, computer science, scheduling and in many operations’ management problems. The unique identification of vertices plays a key role in the computation of these parameters.

Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

A tri‐culture of iPSC‐derived neurons, astrocytes, and microglia treated with ferroptosis inducers as an Induced ferroptosis model was characterized by scRNA‐seq, cell survival, and cytokine release assays. This analysis revealed diverse microglial transcriptomic changes, indicating that the system captures key aspects of the complex cellular ...

STP: single-cell partition for subcellular spatially-resolved transcriptomics
Spatially-resolved transcriptomics (SRT) technologies now allow exploration of gene expression with spatial context. Recent advances achieving subcellular resolution provide richer data but also introduce challenges, such as aggregating subcellular spots into individual cells, which is a task distinct from traditional deconvolution.

Partition Dimension of Generalized Hexagonal Cellular Networks and Its Application
The notion of partition dimension was initially introduced in the field of graph theory, primarily to examine distances between vertices. The local partition dimension extends this idea by incorporating specific conditions into how vertices are ...
