High-Frequency Resonance Evaluation and Suppression Measures for Receiving-End of Kun-Liu-Long DC Project

open access: yesZhongguo dianli, 2022
The voltage source converter is prone to negative damping in the high-frequency harmonic band, thus causing resonance phenomena. The Kun-Liu-Long DC project, as a UHV multi-terminal hybrid DC transmission project, needs to evaluate and analyse the high ...

Spin structure functions of 3He at finite Q^2

open access: yes, 2008
Using recently derived relations between spin-dependent nuclear and nucleon g_1 and g_2 structure functions at finite Q^2, we study nuclear effects in 3He in the nucleon resonance and deep inelastic regions.

In vitro properties of patient serum predict clinical outcome after high dose rate brachytherapy of hepatocellular carcinoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Following high dose rate brachytherapy (HDR‐BT) for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), patients were classified as responders and nonresponders. Post‐therapy serum induced increased BrdU incorporation and Cyclin E expression of Huh7 and HepG2 cells in nonresponders, but decreased levels in responders.

DC Active Damper Control Strategy Based on Resonance Suppression Effectiveness Evaluation Method

open access: yesEnergies
With the complication of the power system, features of the resonance interaction behave diversely and pose a threat to the effectiveness of the resonance suppression strategies.

Adaptaquin is selectively toxic to glioma stem cells through disruption of iron and cholesterol metabolism

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Adaptaquin selectively kills glioma stem cells while sparing differentiated brain cells. Transcriptomic and proteomic analyses show Adaptaquin disrupts iron and cholesterol homeostasis, with iron chelation amplifying cytotoxicity via cholesterol depletion, mitochondrial dysfunction, and elevated reactive oxygen species.

Stability Assessment and Current Controller Design for Multiple Grid-Connected Inverters Under LC Grid Impedance and Grid Distortions

open access: yesEnergies
The increasing global energy demand is driving the deployment of renewable energy in the electrical power infrastructure, which emphasizes the critical importance of grid-connected inverters (GCIs).

Research of Mechanical Resonance Analysis and Suppression Control Method of the Servo Drive System

open access: yesShock and Vibration, 2021
Transmission mechanisms of the servo drive system are not a pure rigid body, and the existence of the elastic transmission mechanisms will make the system generate mechanical resonance.

Numerical study of resonant spin relaxation in quasi-1D channels

open access: yes, 2010
Recent experiments demonstrate that a ballistic version of spin resonance, mediated by spin-orbit interaction, can be induced in narrow channels of a high-mobility GaAs two-dimensional electron gas by matching the spin precession frequency with the ...

Suppressing Resonant Vibrations Using Nonlinear Springs and Dampers [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Vibration and Control, 2009
The transmitted force around the resonant region of a system can be significantly reduced by introducing designed nonlinearities into the system. The basic choice of the nonlinearity can be either a nonlinear spring element or a nonlinear damping element.

Hands‐on protocol for preparing water‐soluble fractions from agri‐food samples for NMR‐based metabolomics analysis

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
This research protocol outlines a workflow for nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR)‐based metabolomics in the agri‐food sector. Using two case studies—strawberry leaves (solid matrix) and wine (liquid matrix)—it details the procedures for sample preparation, data acquisition, and processing.
