Affinity‐Tuned Albumin Hitchhiking Extends the Bioorthogonal Capture Window in Pretargeting Radiotheranostics

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
Pharmacokinetic engineering of clickable radioligands was achieved via albumin hitchhiking approach within a pretargeted radiotheranostics delivery platform. This approach reduced rapid renal elimination, expanded bioorthogonal capture window, boosted tumor uptake by ∼3.5‐fold, and improved the tumor‐to‐liver ratio by ∼6‐fold.

Cellular Responses to Mechanical Cues Across Scales: From Fundamental Insights to Translational Potential

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
This review examines how cellular behavior is regulated by mechanical cues transmitted through soft biomaterials, from single‐cell mechanosensing to tissue‐level adaptation. It highlights why physiological relevance, rather than model complexity alone, is critical for translational mechanobiology and introduces a scoring framework linking material ...

Small resonant magnetic perturbations result in three-dimensional material transport in the fusion plasma edge

open access: yesNuclear Fusion
Erosion patterns in a 3D magnetic topology are significantly altered when compared to an axisymmetric scenario due to differences in the impurity transport in a plasma environment.

Engineering Nanoplatforms for Alzheimer's Disease Detection via Biomolecular Corona Proteomic and Lipidomic Profiling

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
Engineered nanoparticles capture disease‐specific biomolecular coronas that uncover hidden molecular features of Alzheimer's disease. Combined proteomic and lipidomic analyses reveal a characteristic shift in ribosomal machinery and energy metabolism, generating a multiomic fingerprint that supports accurate disease detection and opens new ...

Response of a magnetically diverted tokamak plasma to a resonant magnetic perturbation

open access: yesNuclear Fusion
Abstract The safety-factor profile of a magnetically diverted tokamak plasma diverges logarithmically as the magnetic separatrix (a.k.a. the last closed magnetic flux-surface) is approached. At first sight, this suggests that, when determining the response of such a plasma to a static, externally generated ...
