Biomass Native Structure Into Functional Carbon‐Based Catalysts for Fenton‐Like Reactions

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This study indicates that eight biomasses with 2D flaky and 1D acicular structures influence surface O types, morphology, defects, N doping, sp2 C, and Co nanoparticles loading in three series of carbon, N‐doped carbon, and cobalt/graphitic carbon. This work identifies how these structural factors impact catalytic pathways, enhancing selective electron

Resource scheduling

Proceedings of the 1988 ACM sixteenth annual conference on Computer science - CSC '88, 1988
Interprocess interactions in concurrent programs serve two major functions: conditional exclusion and scheduling. This article presents high-level techniques for specification of scheduling policies, and for proving the starvation-free property of scheduling policies after they are formally specified.

Resource-Constrained Assignment Scheduling

Operations Research, 1986
Many resource-constrained assignment scheduling problems can be modeled as 0-1 assignment problems with side constraints (APSC). Unlike the well-known assignment problem of linear programming, APSC is NP-complete. In this paper we define a branch-and-bound algorithm for solving APSC to optimality.
