Advanced Science, EarlyView.A synergistic electron transfer (ET) optimization strategy modulating conformational dynamics, ET pathway, and substrate orientation is proposed for self‐sufficient cytochrome P450s. Guided by this strategy, a P450 variant with improved ET and catalytic efficiency was identified, and the underlying molecular basis was revealed by computational analysis.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.An integrated metabolic engineering strategy was established for high‐level 3‐methyl‐1‐butanol biosynthesis in Escherichia coli. Molecular dynamics‐guided semi‐rational engineering of dihydroxyacid dehydratase uncovered and relieved key catalytic bottlenecks, while adaptive laboratory evolution enhanced strain robustness.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.Using a novel zebrafish‐based inflammatory screening strategy, we screened and identified 18β‐glycyrrhetinic acid (18β‐GA) as a promising anti‐inflammatory candidate.
