Klippel‐Trénaunay‐Weber Syndrome: Prenatal Diagnosis and Review of the Literature

open access: yesJournal of Clinical Ultrasound, Volume 53, Issue 3, Page 535-546, March/April 2025.
This meta‐analysis demonstrates the high diagnostic accuracy of SZ‐CEUS for differentiating between malignant and benign focal liver lesions, as well as for HCC from non‐HCC lesions. The study shows better performance for smaller lesions and those with a higher proportion of malignancy.

Unpaired Translation of Chest X-ray Images for Lung Opacity Diagnosis via Adaptive Activation Masks and Cross-Domain Alignment [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv
Chest X-ray radiographs (CXRs) play a pivotal role in diagnosing and monitoring cardiopulmonary diseases. However, lung opacities in CXRs frequently obscure anatomical structures, impeding clear identification of lung borders and complicating the localization of pathology.

Assessing Cardiopulmonary Safety of Intramedullary Bone Graft Harvesting: A Comparative Study of the RIA 2 System and the ARA Concept

open access: yesJournal of Orthopaedic Research, Volume 43, Issue 5, Page 984-993, May 2025.
ABSTRACT The management of large osseous defects requires innovative intramedullary bone graft harvesting techniques to optimize healing while minimizing complications. Intramedullary bone graft harvesting is, however, associated with potential cardiopulmonary adverse events due to embolic phenomena and systemic inflammation.
