Respiratory Failure in Leptospirosis
QJM: An International Journal of Medicine, 1989We report on four cases of leptospirosis with pulmonary manifestations as their presenting features. With adequate supportive therapy the prognosis is good. Leptospirosis should be considered in the differential diagnosis of pulmonary haemorrhage.
